Will-Call Tickets

Tickets that are purchased through Ticketmaster will call, accessible tickets purchased through the advanced ticket office, and tickets physically dropped off at the advanced ticket office are considered will-call tickets.

Ticketmaster Will Call

If tickets are purchased through Ticketmaster will call (and are not mailed or print-at-home tickets), a valid photo ID of the Ticketmaster account holder and the credit card used to purchase the tickets is required to pick up Will-Call tickets. These tickets may be picked up prior to the event at the Advanced Ticket Office during regular office hours or two (2) hours before the event at any of the ticket offices where the event is scheduled.

Accessible Will Call

If accessible tickets are purchased over the phone through the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center Advance Ticket Office, a photo ID is required to pick up Will-Call tickets. These tickets may be picked up prior to the event at the Advanced Ticket Office during regular office hours or two (2) hours before the event at the North Charleston Coliseum, South Ticket Office for Coliseum events and the North Charleston Performing Arts Center Ticket Office for Performing Arts Center events.

Guest, Team Player, or Touring Personnel Will Call

If tickets are physically dropped off at the Advanced Ticket Office by another guest, a team player, or touring personnel, a valid photo ID is required to pick up the Will-Call tickets. These tickets generally arrive at the Ticket Office approximately one (1) hour before the event is scheduled to start. When tickets are left by team players or touring personnel, the Ticket Office generally does not know the names for which the tickets will be left under until the actual tickets are dropped off at the Ticket Office. These tickets can be picked up at the North Charleston Coliseum, South Ticket Office for Coliseum events and the North Charleston Performing Arts Center Ticket Office for Performing Arts Center events.

Credit Card Entry / Fan Club Tickets

In an effort to make more seats available for their biggest fans, some touring acts request that certain tickets be sold as “Credit Card Entry” tickets only. No physical ticket is printed for these seats. Instead, the ticket buyer will provide the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets and a matching valid photo ID at the entrance, which will allow entry into the event.

Similarly, tours may decide that Fan Club tickets can only be picked up from Will Call on the day of the event. Generally, these tickets are available to be picked up approximately 3-4 hours before the performance and can only be picked up by the purchaser. For the specific guidelines for a particular event, please call the ticket office at 843-202-ARTS (2787).

Cancellations or Rescheduled Events

If a performance is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email if an email address is available. Information regarding the event is sent to the local media for publicity and will also be available on our website, and posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

If the event is canceled, refunds will be available at the point of purchase (ie. If tickets were bought at the North Charleston Coliseum, please take the unused tickets back to the North Charleston Coliseum for a refund, or if they were purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet, refunds will be available at the outlet they were purchased). Tickets purchased online or over the phone are refunded automatically. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and show up on your bank statement.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date. In most cases, refunds will be available at the point of purchase up until the time of the rescheduled event.

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. In the event that a performance is canceled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the point of purchase

Lost, Stolen or Not Received Tickets

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail; guests must contact the place where the tickets were purchased.

  • If tickets were purchased at the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center Advance Ticket Office, please call 843-202-ARTS (2787). After there has been proper verification by the Advance Ticket Office, the tickets may be reprinted with a reprint fee per ticket.
  • For tickets purchased at Ticketmaster outlets, the ticket purchaser should return to the original outlet where the tickets were purchased.
  • Guests who purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster.com should call 1(800) 653-8000.

Valid Tickets

The only tickets guaranteed to be valid are ones sold either by one of the venue ticket offices or by our official ticket provider, Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, there are instances where someone may come into possession of fraudulent tickets. Keep in mind that in many cases, the Advance Ticket Office cannot verify if a ticket is valid until it is scanned on the night of the show.
