Digital Lottery

HOW TO ENTER THE DIGITAL LOTTERY

  • Starting at 10am the day before your desired performance, visit https://lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/mjmusical-nc/
  • Each lottery entry period is open for a minimum of 4 hours from the lottery start time. Refer to the lottery page for the most up to date information.
  • Click “Enter Now” and complete the form. Entrants will receive a confirmation email to validate their account and to confirm they’ve successfully entered the lottery.
  • After the posted lottery closing time, check your email to see if you won.
  • Winners must pay online within 60 minutes.
  • Tickets are $40 each (max 4). Lottery tickets are to be picked up at Will Call with a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order. 
  • Seats assigned based on availability.

Fans who have been selected as lottery winners will be notified via email and can then purchase up to four (4) tickets at $40 each.
The ticket lottery will continue on a rolling basis for every performance in the engagement* (*excluding the matinee performances).

  • PAC Box Office opens 2 hours before showtime.
  • Limit 4 per guest | Seating locations vary, quantities are limited.
  • Guests must mention the rush offer at the window to receive the discounted $25 price.

We are a cashless venue and require a valid photo ID to complete transactions with debit/credit card at our windows.

Clear Bag Policy

Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any types of bags to the North Charleston Coliseum & PAC, however, outlined below are types of bags that will be permitted:

- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 14” x 6” x 14”
- One-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at designated entrances specifically for this purpose.
- Diaper bags will be allowed for families with infants and toddlers. Child must be present.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Fans will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the venues such as non-professional cameras, binoculars, and smartphones as long as they are in their pockets or one of the approved bags outlined above.
