Montague Terrace offers a state-of-the-art facility equipped with full production and LED lighting capabilities to exceed all of your company’s event needs. Montague Terrace is fully carpeted and adorned with luxurious features that blend rich tones of dark wood with crisp, white walls and stainless steel accents. Natural light will illuminate your event, as Montague Terrace boasts an elaborate glass wall leading to an outdoor balcony and overlook a beautiful grove of oak trees.

Centerplate Catering has been delivering exceptional catering services to the Charleston area since the North Charleston Coliseum opened in 1993. With the addition of Montague Terrace, Centerplate is now featuring an expansive and innovative menu of high-quality, full-service catering to be executed by a new executive chef and banquet team.

Rental Rate and Deposit Information
Rental rates for meetings and corporate events vary depending on food and beverage needs, as well as date and time of the event, please contact Mariah Fleming for a quote. The rental rate includes the use of our tables, chairs, cocktail tables, black or white linens, china, glassware, flatware, in-house centerpieces, and LED uplighting.
Upon signing your contract, 50% of the rental fee be paid as a non-refundable deposit to hold your event date and event space. The remaining 50% is due 60 days following the contract signing. A 50% deposit for your food and beverage will be due upon the signing of your food and beverage contract (at least 30 days prior to your event date). All remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to your event date.
A parking fee of $1.00 per person, or $5.00 per car, applies for all events.
